Biography

The academic is based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the School of Management, Information Technology and Governance in the Discipline of Human Resource Management. Academic qualifications in the field of Human Resource Management including B Admin, B Admin (Hons), M Admin and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management. The academic is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) (registration number: PS 0099244). Key areas of research include diversity, sexual harassment, career management, training and development and strategic HRM. The academic has lectured at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Modules lectured include: Managing Workforce Diversity, Introduction to HRM, Empoyee Wellness, Contemporary Issues in HRM, Managerial Ethics, Career Management and Strategic HRM amongst others. I have supervised and graduated numerous Honours and Masters students.
