Dr Anisha Ramsaroop is based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the School of Management, Information Technology and Governance in the Discipline of Human Resource Management.
Dr Ramsaroop’s academic qualifications include: B Admin, B Admin (Hons), M Admin (Industrial Psychology) and Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management. Key areas of research include diversity, sexual harassment, disability, career management, training and development, talent management, emotional intelligence, employee resilience, performance management, employee relationship management, e-recruitment and job evaluation, amongst others.
Dr Ramsaroop lectures at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Modules lectured include: Managing Workforce Diversity, Introduction to HRM, Employee Wellness, Contemporary Issues in HRM, Managerial Ethics, Career Management and Strategic HRM amongst others. Dr Ramsaroop has supervised and graduated numerous Honours and full research and coursework Masters students.
