Biography

Dr Elvin Shava is a Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Public Governance. He holds a Bachelor of Administration, a Bachelor of Administration Honours and a Master of Administration from the University of Fort Hare and a PhD in Public Management and Governance from the North West University in South Africa. His research interests are in public management, local government, public service delivery, social accountability, public policy and digital governance.

Dr Shava is a member of the South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM)
