Ms Zamanguni Kubheka is academic and researcher who have joined UKZN as an AADP in the discipline of Management and Entrepreneurship. Previously she was involved in general management; project and programme management including non-scientific implementation research in my working career. She currently doing PhD in management (role of strengthening management systems and processes to improve outcomes in public health). While completing the PhD is the main focus, she also focusing on developing herself and sharpening her skills as a researcher and as a Lecturer. She attended UKZN extended induction programme for academics. Zamanguni is working with other experienced academics on writing three articles (on employee retention), the plan is to get these published in accredited journals in the near future.
