Sybert Mutereko is a senior lecturer and the current Academic Leader of Public Governance. He holds masters and doctoral degrees in Policy and Development Studies. Sybert’s research interests are in public administration, local government, public policy, policy implementation and evaluation, education policy, education management and vocational education. His current research focuses on the supply and demand dynamics of the public sector labour market.
